Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Walt Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Makowski Brewer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walt Brown has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Walt Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Makowski Brewer!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a wild body shot.

Brewer clinches.
Brown blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Brewer breaks the clinch.
Brewer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Brewer wants it to stay on the feet.
Brewer looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range.
Brown shoots in but no luck this time.

Brewer closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Brown quickly recovers to half guard.
Brewer is taking a breather. Brown says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Brown bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Brewer's guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Brown chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Brewer can pounce on him.
Brown shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Brewer defends it nicely.

Brown closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Brewer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Brown is working away from the top position though.

Makowski Brewer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Brewer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
