The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Perry looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Perry is looking to reverse the position.
Bo lands an elbow.
Perry struggling a bit here.
Perry is trying to improve his position.
Bo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bo is looking to take a break and control but Perry is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Perry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bo has hold of Perry's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Perry tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bo cranks the arm and Perry screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Perry, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
