Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weewax shoots in looking for a takedown. Alvarez tries to sprawl out of it but Weewax keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Alvarez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Weewax swings for the body but Alvarez moves out of range.
Alvarez throws a leg kick that misses.
Alvarez pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Weewax back to the ropes. Alvarez follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Weewax takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Weewax looks to land a body kick but Alvarez moved away.

Alvarez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Weewax.

Alvarez goes for a double leg but Weewax avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Weewax continues to drive forward.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Alvarez stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Alvarez misses the shot to the body.
Alvarez scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
