Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominick Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a head kick that Cruz semi-blocks.

It looks like Dominick Cruz has been cut.
Cruz shoots in but no luck this time.

Cruz closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Cruz is trying to force a seperation but Lee has the dominant position.
Lee lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Lee lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Cruz keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully.
Cruz should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cruz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between Cruz's legs - danger averted.
Cruz has a closed guard, preventing Lee from standing up.
Cruz wants to stand but Lee is controlling the position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Lee drops Cruz with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cruz looks back up at him and smiles so Lee waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Lee throws a head kick but Cruz moves out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cruz! But no joy.
Cruz seems to have recovered his senses.
Cruz throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dominick Cruz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Cruz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lee lands with a light punch inside.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cruz has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lee avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Bruce Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominick Cruz.
Lee looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Cruz looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Look low, kick high! Lee uses the oldest trick in the book to send Cruz tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Lee is absolutely delighted - when Cruz wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
