Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Escrima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bishop comes into the arena with KRS-One - MC's Act Like They Don't Know blaring out of the sound system. Escrima is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bamboleo. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miguel Escrima!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Russell Pearce and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escrima defending well as Bishop loads up on a big left hand.
Escrima walks into a straight right hand from Bishop.
Bishop does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bishop staying out of range there.
Bishop dips to his left and cracks Escrima with an uppercut!
Bishop has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bishop there as he acknowledges the shot.
Escrima swings away with a body shot that misses
and Bishop counters with a nice low kick that buckles Escrima's knee momentarily.
Bishop fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bishop tries to land a leg kick but Escrima saw it coming and moves away.
Escrima throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bishop misses with a looping right.
Escrima takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Escrima is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bishop.
Escrima swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bishop takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bishop shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Escrima eats them both and turns towards Bishop to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Bishop dips to his left and cracks Escrima with an uppercut!

Escrima is rocked!

Escrima tries to land a leg kick but Bishop saw it coming and moves away.
Nice cross by Escrima.
Escrima misses the jab.
Miguel Escrima seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Escrima takes a swing at Bishop's ribcage but misses.
Bishop was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Escrima throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bishop connects with a crisp jab.
Bishop tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Escrima was well out of range. Poor timing from Bishop.
Bishop shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Xavier Bishop has been cut.
Bishop misses with a wild body shot.
Bishop on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Escrima. Escrima obviously looking to wear him down.
Escrima throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Bishop counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bishop cracks Escrima with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Escrima is still on wobbly legs! Can Bishop finish him?
Bishop throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Escrima seems to have recovered his senses.
Escrima throws the left hand but Bishop avoids the punch easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bishop lands a big head kick that sends Escrima to the canvas! Bishop follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
