The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attempt shoots for a double leg takedown but Seraphim sprawls well. He's pushed Attempt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Attempt misses the jab.

Seraphim has closed the distance and engaged Attempt in a clinch.
Seraphim lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Attempt backwards.
Seraphim is trying to push Attempt away but Attempt has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Seraphim is trying to break the clinch but Attempt is controlling him.

Attempt has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Seraphim uses from the top position.

Seraphim wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Attempt's closed guard. He's half up but Attempt has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Attempt pivots and extends the arm, Seraphim falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Attempt! Well done that man!
