Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julio Ramone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakan Fjellknaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramone comes to the ring accompanied by La Raza. Fjellknaus has chosen Fireman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ramone is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Hakan Fjellknaus will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hakan Fjellknaus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fjellknaus swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fjellknaus should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Ramone throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Ramone closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fjellknaus to the mat! Fjellknaus manages to get full guard.

Fjellknaus had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ramone is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fjellknaus Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ramone's back instead.
Fjellknaus is trying to stick to Ramone's back but Ramone is turning into Fjellknaus. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Fjellknaus's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Ramone.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ramone throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fjellknaus's waist but Fjellknaus gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ramone off to one side.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ramone connects with a nice short shot to Fjellknaus's temple.
