The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berdesis works over Dollar's head and body with a nice combination.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dollar has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Berdesis lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Easy Dollar has been cut.
A jab lands there for Berdesis.
Dollar takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Tasos Berdesis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
BOOM! Berdesis lands a beautiful left hook that drops Dollar. Dollar tries to recover but Berdesis is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Dollar lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

After the fight, Tasos Berdesis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
