Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khalid Haji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, CONQUEST. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jack White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Khalid Haji!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, David Hoff and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haji throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around White's waist but White gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Haji off to one side.
Haji misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Haji fails with the takedown
and White connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Haji gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting White counter with a right hand.
Jack White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Khalid Haji.
Haji dives in for a single leg takedown but White sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Haji misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
And White counters with a quick kick to the body but Haji blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White dives in and grabs Haji's left leg, looking for a takedown. Haji pushes down on White's head and hops out.

White moves into the clinch.
White fails to pull the fight into his guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Haji's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Haji doesn't manage to clinch there - White circles away.
Haji is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
White throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Haji's waist but Haji gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing White off to one side.

Haji gets the takedown into side control.
White is looking to regain half guard here but Haji keeps moving and retains side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
White wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
White is looking to reverse the position.
White is trying to control Haji's posture but Haji avoids it.
White is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Haji wants to lay and pray for a moment but White keeps working.
White is looking to reverse the position.
White struggling a bit here.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
White is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
White tries to strike but it doesn't land.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
White fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
White fails to land the takedown.
Haji tries for a takedown but White circles away easily
enabling White to counter with a crisp jab.
White seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Haji drives through and clinches with White against the cage.
Haji tries to score a body lock takedown but White shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
White avoiding damage.

Haji breaks from the clinch.

White shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Haji napping and manages to drive through into side control!

White decides to stand back up.
A head kick by Haji misses
and White cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Haji looks winded!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Excellent takedown into side control there by White.
Haji takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack White dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Haji shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. White defends it nicely.
White half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Haji fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging White to the ground. Haji is now in White's guard.
Haji trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

White throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haji wants to control from the top but White keeps moving.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

White has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Haji can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Haji stops White from standing up.
Haji slips nicely into half guard.
Jack White overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
White blocking the ground and pound attempt from Haji.
White is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Haji seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
White is looking to improve his position.
White is not content to let Haji control the position.
White preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Haji sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. White defending well though.
White makes his way to full guard. A much better position for White.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Haji stands and throws White's legs to the side, diving into side control.
White manages to get back to half guard.
White gets full guard.
White is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Haji throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
White wants to sweep but no luck.
White manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Haji manages to get himself to full guard.

Haji is breathing heavily.
White trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
White postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
White stopping the sweep attempt from Haji.
White trying to control but Haji is working from the bottom.
White passes Haji's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
White takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
White lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
White not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
White is nestled in close to Haji, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

White drops an elbow to the side of Haji's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack White dominated that second round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


White is pawing at Haji, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Haji's nose. Haji is badly hurt! White pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Haji tries desperately to hold on but White is relentless in his assault! As Haji receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls White away and this one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack White!
Jack White decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
