The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chair takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Lamoureux is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Lamoureux feints a jab promting Chair to slip. Lamoureux then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Chair slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

We've been hearing reports that Chair has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Lamoureux scores with a jab. Chair acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Lamoureux sizes up Chair with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Chair is rocked!
Chair drops his hands momentarily. Lamoureux doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Chair staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Chair doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

A relieved looking Spencer Lamoureux thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
