Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Jaa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jaa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Jaa is just out of range.
Johnson wants to clinch up but Jaa keeps it at a distance.

Johnson closes the distance and pushes Jaa back into the ropes.
A short right from Johnson.
Jaa blocking some punches.
Johnson misses with a short punch on the inside.
Johnson misses with a hook from the clinch.
Johnson misses with a short punch on the inside.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Jaa manages to pull guard.
Jaa is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Johnson advances to half guard.
Johnson wants to control but Jaa is keeping him busy.
Johnson works his way into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson is staying tight to Jaa's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Jaa wants to control but Johnson postures up.

Johnson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Johnson takes a little break here. Jaa wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Johnson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Jaa can't do much from the bottom here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johnson lands a decent elbow from side control.
Jaa is not content to let Johnson control the position.
Jaa on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jaa tries to get out of the position.
Johnson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jaa haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Johnson has hold of Jaa's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Jaa seems comfortable defending it but Johnson has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Jaa is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Jaa is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Johnson couldn't care less - he's delighted!
