Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damashii shoots in and bounces Belfor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Damashii forces his way into half guard.

Damashii perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Belfor wants to get back to his feet.
Damashii winds up and cracks Belfor with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Damashii is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Belfor is just riding it out for now. Damashii eventually gives up the hold.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Damashii seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Damashii connects with a nice short shot to Belfor's temple.
Belfor is rocked!
Damashii scores with a big shot! Belfor's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Belfor! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yamato Damashii!
