Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zeca Ralho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ralho has chosen Destruction as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charlie Wade!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zeca Ralho!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Ron Honeybunn and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wade.
Wade shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ralho as he avoids it easily.
Despite the aggression on Ralho's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Ralho shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Wade moves into the clinch.
Wade gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Ralho regains guard.
Wade has gone for a leg lock! Ralho slips out almost immediately though and dives into Wade's guard.
Ralho has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wade is proving hard to escape from.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Wade is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Ralho has just dragged him back down to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Charlie Wade will probably get the nod.

Ralho lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wade circles away quickly and effectively.

Ralho is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Wade manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Wade is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wade drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ralho looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ralho looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ralho!

That was a close second round but I would say that Charlie Wade will probably get the nod.
