Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robert Archer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eyden Pargrathian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Archer's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Crysis. Pargrathian comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Judas Priest- Battle Hymn/ One Shot at Glory kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The key to victory for Robert Archer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Eyden Pargrathian!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pargrathian is looking to land body kicks.
Archer misses with a leg kick
and Pargrathian counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Archer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Archer pulls Pargrathian in close to prevent any damage.
Archer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Pargrathian is fighting to break Archer's control of his arms but Archer is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Pargrathian with a flurry of punches that miss.
Archer is pulling down on Pargrathian's head. It's preventing any offense from Pargrathian, at least for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Archer pulls Pargrathian in close to prevent any damage.
Archer has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Good leg kick by Archer there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Pargrathian throws a poor cross that misses
and Archer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Archer throws a solid leg kick but Pargrathian takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Archer.
Pargrathian misses with a takedown attempt
enabling Archer to counter with a crisp jab.
Pargrathian takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Robert Archer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Archer lands a big uppercut and Pargrathian crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Pargrathian looks OK. Archer waves Pargrathian back to his feet!
Pargrathian is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Archer feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Pargrathian crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Robert Archer!
Robert Archer decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
