Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Haigh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Olov Hermansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haigh's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Prayer of the Refugee by Rise Against . Hermansson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rammstein - Ich Will! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

A swing and a miss from Hermansson.

Hermansson has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Facebreaker Academy - Striking. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

After the fight, Jan Olov Hermansson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, John Haigh stepped up to the mic, saying 'Maybe it is time for me to make the move to another weight class.'.
