Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Yuber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sarkis Terteryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terteryan has chosen Röyksopp - The Fear as his entrance music. Sarkis Terteryan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 33 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sarkis Terteryan!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Yuber.

Terteryan clinches up against the cage.
Yuber has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Terteryan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Terteryan gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Terteryan in particular looking to stall.
Yuber is trying to get back to full guard.

Terteryan is trying to work for a kimura but Yuber is defending well.
Yuber is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Bi-polar Asylum, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Terteryan tries to pass the half guard into mount. Yuber knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Terteryan is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Terteryan throws a head kick that misses.
Yuber lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Sarkis Terteryan has been cut.
Terteryan throws a body punch but Yuber moves out of range.
Yuber connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Yuber tries to clinch up but Terteryan circles away and keeps his distance.

Terteryan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Yuber sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Yuber drops Terteryan with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Terteryan looks back up at him and smiles so Yuber waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Yuber moves into the clinch.

Yuber has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Terteryan avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Yuber's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Terteryan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Yuber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Yuber tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Terteryan wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Terteryan is looking to take a break and control but Yuber is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Yuber is trying to get back to half guard.
Terteryan misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Yuber is looking for a sweep.

Terteryan has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Yuber slips a jab and a cross from Terteryan.
Yuber appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Terteryan scoring well with a low kick there.
Terteryan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Terteryan shoots in and gets a takedown into Yuber's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Terteryan is looking to work some ground and pound but Yuber has wrist control.

Terteryan has gone for a leg lock! Yuber slips out almost immediately though and dives into Terteryan's guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Sarkis Terteryan will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Terteryan sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Yuber fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Yuber stuffs the takedown attempt from Terteryan. Terteryan gets slowly back to his feet.

Yuber lands a big uppercut and Terteryan crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Terteryan looks OK. Yuber waves Terteryan back to his feet!

Yuber gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Terteryan tries to land knees in the clinch but Yuber avoids the damage to the body.

Yuber breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Terteryan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Yuber circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Terteryan to the canvas! Terteryan doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Yuber keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
