Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellison misses with a straight right.
Ellison shoots in for a takedown but Campion shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ellison could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ellison darts in looking for a takedown but Campion gets double underhooks and turns Ellison into the cage.
Thomas Campion seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Campion misses with a body shot.
Ellison wants to clinch.
Campion is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Ellison with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Campion to score with a decent uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Campion drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Campion wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ellison, who protects the arm well.

Campion throws an elbow but Ellison slips to the side and avoids it well.

Ellison gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Campion has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Ellison takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Campion's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
