The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Masters sprawls well. Masters wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Green gets slowly back to his feet.
Masters looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Masters lunges at Green with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Green's hand.
Masters uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Green.
A punch lands to the side of Green 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Matt Green has been cut.
Green takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
An inside leg kick lands from Masters .
Horrible takedown attempt by Green or perhaps it was just good defense by Masters , which made it look bad.
Masters has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Masters connects with a leg kick. Green looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Green shoots for a takedown but Masters saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Green has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Green. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Masters gets tackled into the cage by Green. Green maintains the clinch.

Masters breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Green shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Masters counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Masters displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Green throws out the jab.
Masters bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Masters looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Masters feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Green's calf.
Green stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Masters .
Masters connects with a looping right hand.
Masters lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Green fails with the takedown
and Masters counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Green is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Masters counters with a crisp right hand that drops Green! Masters lets Green back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Oh Green is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Masters and Green are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Masters throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Green into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Masters knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
