Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Kruk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Moss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andre Moss has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Kruk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Andre Moss!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kruk.
Moss shoots in and drives through. Kruk sprawls well.
Moss misses with a takedown attempt - Kruk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Kruk misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kruk throws a right hand that Moss ducks under and follows up with a left that Moss also avoids with ease.
A head kick misses from Kruk.
Moss tries for a takedown but Kruk sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
John Kruk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andre Moss.

Moss decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Moss winds up and cracks Kruk with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Kruk is looking to control Moss's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kruk avoid being mounted?
Moss seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Kruk pushes Moss off looking to stand but Moss dives back in and keeps control.

Moss is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Kruk throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Kruk is looking to escape.
Kruk knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moss on the ground.
Moss sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kruk defending well though.

Kruk has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Moss escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Moss!
Kruk tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Moss wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kruk tries to escape but Moss is in control.
Moss cracks Kruk with a big elbow.

Moss thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Kruk is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Moss has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Moss has hold of Kruk's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kruk seems comfortable defending it but Moss has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kruk is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kruk is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Moss couldn't care less - he's delighted!
