Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenji Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Loss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sakuraba shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Loss napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Sakuraba tries for a kimura but Loss is defending well.
Loss can't do much from the bottom here.
Loss stuck in half guard on the bottom here.
Loss avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Sakuraba.
You can see the frustration on Loss's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Loss gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sakuraba is trying to control. Loss wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Loss is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sakuraba's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sakuraba's back!
Loss has Sakuraba flattened out and is raining down punches.
Sakuraba rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Loss slips a nice elbow through Sakuraba's hands, connecting with Sakuraba's forehead.
Loss scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Loss lands strikes from half guard.
Loss is trying to control. Sakuraba wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Sakuraba is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Loss scores with a couple of nice shots.
Sakuraba is trying to get back to full guard.

Loss lands a couple of elbows.
Loss cracks Sakuraba with a solid left hand.
Loss stands up over Sakuraba, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Sakuraba is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Loss distracts Sakuraba with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Loss with a nice head shot there.
Loss postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Sakuraba has momentary wrist control but Loss slips an elbow through the middle.
Loss is in close to Sakuraba's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Sakuraba is rocked!
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Loss's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Oh Sakuraba is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Loss stands up over Sakuraba, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Loss arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Sakuraba's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
