Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shoddy Body (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chev Chelios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chelios has chosen Crank as his entrance music. Shoddy Body has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Shoddy Body!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chev Chelios!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chelios jabs at Body's body.
Chelios stuns Body with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Donk. Chelios catches Body right on the button with a cross.
Jab by Chelios.
Body throws a leg kick but Chelios sees it coming and moves out of range.
Body tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chelios swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Body tries to clinch but Chelios is having none of it.
A little jabbing left from Chelios on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Body will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Body takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Chelios scores with a jab to the body.
Chelios connects with a body shot.
Body shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Body slows the pace down in half guard.
Chelios really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Body. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chelios tries to get to full guard but Body has control of the leg.
Body is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Body seems to be working for a kimura but Chelios defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Body is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Chelios doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Body.
Body is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Chelios sees it coming and defends easily.
Body trying to control the pace.

Body is looking for a kimura but Chelios is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Body to get the leverage.
Chelios avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Body.
Body prevents Chelios from standing back up.
Body works his way into full mount!
Body landing strikes, looking to finish!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Body looking for a guillotine from mount but Chelios is having none of it.
Body sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Body is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Body extends the arm and Chelios is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Shoddy Body!
Post fight, an emotional Shoddy Body said 'I come out here thinking does this guy think he can win ? he must know he will lose why did he even show up ? hey did you see The Chicken General here tonight ? i heard he was going to be here hey i got to go get him to sign some pics for me!peace out bitches !'.
