Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Holland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samir Kahric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kahric's choice of entrance music: When I Die - Genocide(Jusuf Dzilic). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrew Holland!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Samir Kahric!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahric tries to score a power double leg takedown but Holland sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kahric somewhat.
Kahric shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Holland pinned against the cage. Holland gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Holland bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kahric's head.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kahric.
Holland throws a big counter combination but Kahric scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
We've been told by Holland's head coaches at Sanitarium that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Kahric changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Holland looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Holland darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kahric or perhaps it was just good defense by Holland, which made it look bad.

Kahric closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Holland quickly recovers to half guard.

Kahric is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Holland is just riding it out for now. Kahric eventually gives up the hold.

Kahric is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Holland defends it well.
