The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hofnaker lands with a kick to the ribs.
No luck for Kray with that takedown attempt.
Hofnaker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hofnaker breaks from the clinch.
Hofnaker explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Hofnaker lands a head kick. Kray smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Johny Kray has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hofnaker lands a big head kick that sends Kray tumbling to the mat! Hofnaker takes a step backwards and waves Kray back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Kray is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hofnaker jabs at Kray's body.
Kray is still on wobbly legs! Can Hofnaker finish him?
Kray takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Kray seems to have recovered his senses.
Hofnaker and Kray are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Hofnaker throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Kray into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Hofnaker knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Rusty Hofnaker!
After winning the bout, Rusty Hofnaker thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Johny Kray was interviewed post fight and said 'Losing is learning they say, it sucks tho...il come back stronger and mean...big thank you to the fans...GOD bless MMA'.
