Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mike Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicola Bruni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes into the arena with Wanna Be A Baller blaring out of the sound system. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruni throws the left hand but Green avoids the punch easily.
Bruni dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bruni. Green does a little dance to reset his feet.
Green was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Green throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Bruni paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Green thows a body kick. Bruni tries to catch it but that hurt him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bruni lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Bruni looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Green lands a head kick that bluckles Bruni and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Green no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Bruni tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Green was well out of range. Poor timing from Bruni.

Bruni throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Green on the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bruni connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Green momentarily.

Bruni clobbers Green with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Green takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Green lands a head kick. Bruni smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Bruni is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Green had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Nicola Bruni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bruni takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Bruni throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Green stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Green catches Bruni napping and cracks him with a perfect head kick! Bruni goes down! He's bigtime hurt! He's not going to make it back to his feet - the referee has called it off! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Mike Green!

During a confident post fight interview, Mike Green thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
