The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price tries to clinch up.
Price is looking to clinch.
Price misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Price looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Campos is fending him off so far but Price persists. Nope, Campos circles away and we're back to standing.

Price closes the distance and clinches.
Price is working for takedown but Campos is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyson Price. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Campos has hold of one of Price's legs. Price is fighting the takedown attempt but Campos gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Price wants to sweep here but Campos controlling him for the moment.

Campos thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Campos is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Campos trying to control but Price is working from the bottom.

Campos postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Price is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Campos, into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Price throwing strikes from guard but Campos blocks nicely.
Campos wants to sweep here but Price controlling him for the moment.
Price wants to control from the top but Campos keeps moving.
Campos seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Price content to stall in guard here.
Price works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Campos is controlling Price's trapped leg to prevent Price from advancing to side control.
Campos is looking to get back to full guard here but Price has managed to pass to side control instead.
Campos is trying to escape the mount.
Price trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Campos defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Price.
Campos regains half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Price is trying to control the action in half guard but Campos is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Price advances position into side control!
Campos looking for a sweep but Price has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Price working for a submission but Campos is keeping him at bay.
Price wants to control the pace but Campos is squirming around nicely.
Campos tries to hold on but Price pushes him away.
Campos is in all sorts of trouble here.
Campos wants to control but Price is having none of it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Campos tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Price scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Campos?
Campos in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Price stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Price moves in looking to clinch but Campos pushes him off.
Campos takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Price tries to clinch up.
Price scores with a crisp jab that stopped Campos in his tracks.
Price shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Campos as he avoids it easily.
Price thows a left - swing and a miss!
Campos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Price counters with a nice uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tyson Price will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Price is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Price lands a front kick.
Tyson Price seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Price fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Price swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Price fails with the takedown

and Campos counters with a shoot takedown. Price fights it but they end up in guard.
Campos postures up.
Campos throwing strikes but missing.
Campos trying to control the position from guard on top but Price is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Campos distracts Price with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Campos trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Campos passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Price is looking for a sweep.
Price manages to work his way to half guard, despite Campos's best efforts.
Price controlling the position well.
Campos is trying to control the action in half guard but Price is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Price is trying to stand up here but Campos is controlling him well.
Campos has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Campos working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Price turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Campos off and cradles Price's limp body as Campos celebrates with his corner.
