Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terrell Dale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dale was covering up waiting for the punch and Williams finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Dale working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Williams doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Williams manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Dale has his foot on Williams's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Williams works his way back into a safe position though.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Dale has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Williams is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dale.

Williams works to advance to full mount. Dale defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Williams takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Williams cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

It looks like Terrell Dale has been cut.

Terrell Dale's cut is getting worse.
Williams loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dale scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Williams land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Williams stands and salutes the crowd.
