Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Parker Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Crush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Crush has managed to clinch.

Roberts breaks from the clinch.
Crush throws a head kick but Roberts moves out of range.
Crush throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Roberts.
Roberts wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Roberts is defended easily by Crush.
Crush throws a right and a left that Roberts avoids nicely.

Roberts is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Crush's half guard.
Roberts lands strikes from half guard.
Crush is controlling Roberts's trapped leg to prevent Roberts from advancing to side control.
Roberts really is a fat lump.
Roberts thows a huge punch but Crush dodges it nicely.
Crush misses with some strikes from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Crush is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Crush manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Roberts keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Roberts breaks the clinch.
Crush tries a head kick but it misses.
Crush's jab looks to have found its range, popping Roberts under the eye.
Roberts is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Crush.

It looks like Parker Roberts has been cut.
Roberts slips a jab and a cross from Crush.
Roberts shoots in looking for a takedown but Crush manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Roberts's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Roberts fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Parker Roberts. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Crush throws a head kick but Roberts moves out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

A jab-cross combination lands for Crush and sends Roberts crashing to the mat! Crush follows him down to the mat - Roberts regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Roberts is rocked!

Crush is working for a submission of some sort.
Oh Roberts is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Crush lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Roberts quite badly. Roberts pulls Crush in close trying to recover. Crush postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Roberts on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Roberts doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
