Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kristof Sienly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jase Hein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jase Hein has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kristof Sienly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jase Hein!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hein on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sienly. Sienly obviously looking to wear him down.
Hein takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Hein gets a takedown into half guard.
Hein tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sienly knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Hein looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hein seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sienly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Hein is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sienly is doing well to control the position and prevent Hein from advancing to side control.
Hein throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hein is keen to just control but Sienly is a slippery customer.
Sienly tries to roll over but Hein keeps him under control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Sienly has his hands clasped together around Hein's back. He's all about the action.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Sienly fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Hein throws a head kick that misses.
Sienly fires out a quick counter leg kick but Hein just manages to avoid it.
Sienly scoring well with a low kick there.
Sienly lands a jab to the nose.
Hein closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hein looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sienly half committed to a counter leg kick.
Jase Hein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hein tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Sienly thumps Hein with a low kick.
Sienly with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Hein doesn't manage to clinch there - Sienly circles away.
Hein fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sienly with a jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hein is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Sienly uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hein has time to react.
Sienly tests Hein's chin there with a solid looking shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hein will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sienly takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hein walks into a straight right hand from Sienly.
Sienly lands with a cross.
Hein with a lazy takedown attempt
and Sienly makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kristof Sienly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jase Hein.
Hein looks winded!
Sienly uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hein.
Sienly swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Sienly darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Sienly scores with a nice right hand.
Sienly fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Sienly lands a big head kick that sends Hein tumbling to the mat! Sienly takes a step backwards and waves Hein back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Hein is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hein is aggressively charging in as Sienly backs up avoiding any damage. Sienly tosses out a jab and Hein runs right into it face first! Hein is out cold! Sienly dropped down on all fours and is barking in Hein's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kristof Sienly!
