The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Butler as DawTang shoots in.
Butler has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Last Dragon MMA in the buildup to the fight.
DawTang takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Butler has closed the distance and engaged DawTang in a clinch.
DawTang has picked Butler up - he's going for a ride! DawTang dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

DawTang is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Butler has managed to free his arm - good work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

DawTang is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Butler is just riding it out for now. DawTang eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
