The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop throws a shot from downtown. Barba moves away and avoids it.
Bishop fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bishop works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Bishop throws a body shot but no joy.
Bishop moves out of range of the strikes.
Barba tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Barba scores with a jab.
Barba throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bishop counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Bishop needs to keep his hands up - Barba had a free shot at his head there.

It looked like Bishop wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Bishop rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Barba moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Barba shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bishop but Bishop pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Barba might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Barba lands a big right hook! Bishop looks hurt but is still standing! Barba lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Bishop falls down and Barba dives in with a huge hammer fist! Bishop's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Barba runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
