Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Renan Barao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leandro Issa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leandro Issa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Issa throws a low kick but it's checked well by Barao.
Issa looks to land a combination. Barao sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Barao is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Issa's half guard.
Issa moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Issa jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Barao manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Issa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Barao knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Issa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Issa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
