Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Floyd Pepper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcel Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by RAWR. Floyd Pepper has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Martin rushes Pepper and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Pepper breaks the clinch.
Martin avoids the head kick by Pepper.
Pepper sizes up Martin with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Martin blocks a head kick by Pepper.
Martin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pepper closes this distance looking for a takedown but Martin circles away.
A head kick misses from Pepper.
Pepper throws a head kick but Martin moves out of range.
Martin throws a fast counter high kick but Pepper manages to duck under it in time.
Martin checks the leg kick.
Pepper shoots in and drives through. Martin sprawls well.
Martin misses with a two punch combination.
Martin does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Martin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Martin lands a leg kick that knocks Pepper off balance momentarily.
Martin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Martin tries to work over Pepper's front leg with a kick but Pepper checks it.
Pepper throws a right hand that Martin ducks under and follows up with a left that Martin also avoids with ease.
Marcel Martin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A head kick from Pepper lands but Martin takes it in his stride.
Martin cracks the inside of Pepper's front leg.
Martin is looking to land body kicks.
Pepper circles away from the clinch attempt.
A head kick from Pepper lands but Martin takes it in his stride.

Martin is rocked!
Pepper lands a big right hook! Martin looks hurt but is still standing! Pepper lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Martin falls down and Pepper dives in with a huge hammer fist! Martin's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Pepper runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

After winning the bout, Floyd Pepper thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
