The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Zanotto.
Selmy is looking for a sweep.
Zanotto is looking to take a break and control but Selmy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Selmy can't do much from the bottom here.
Selmy might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Zanotto haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zanotto uses his free foot to push down on Selmy's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Selmy.
