The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Berry does no damage.

Silver fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Berry, pushing him back against the cage.

Silver gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Silver slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Silver wants to get up but he can't break Berry's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Berry is on top in guard.
John Silver overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Silver manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Berry is fighting to break Silver's control of his arms but Silver is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
