The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Santos.
Jones connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Santos misses with a left hand
and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Santos throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jones smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Santos misses with a few strikes there.
Jones dodges the punch combination from Santos.
Santos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it.
Jones throws a left and a right that both miss
and Santos counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Jones grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Santos takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Jones cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
