The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klinkhammer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Klinkhammer shoots for a double leg takedown but Kota sprawls well. He's pushed Klinkhammer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Klinkhammer is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Klinkhammer stalks Kota and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kota's face. Kota staggers backwards, shaken.
Klinkhammer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kota but Kota pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kota is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Klinkhammer tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kota cranks the arm and Klinkhammer screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Klinkhammer, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
