Deathgrip shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lannister manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Lannister is looking for a triangle but Deathgrip pushes his legs off easily.
Lannister escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Deathgrip gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Lannister might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Deathgrip pushes down on Lannister's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Deathgrip is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lannister has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Deathgrip doesn't defend quickly enough and Lannister has managed to lock this one up! Can Deathgrip escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Lannister on a fantastic submission victory.
