PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and igor yvanisevich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fisher comes into the arena with The Spine Splitter blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

yvanisevich closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fisher to the mat! Fisher manages to get full guard.
Fisher is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fisher is working for a kimura but yvanisevich is defending it quite comfortably.

That was a close round but I would say that George Fisher will probably get the nod.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Horrible takedown by yvanisevich or perhaps it was just good defense by Fisher which made him look bad.
