Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Risley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Digital (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Risley comes to the cage accompanied by JWP/BC - Szesnastki. Digital has chosen Wu Tang Clan - Y'all Been Warned as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joe Risley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby Digital!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Risley throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Risley lands a head shot.
Digital moves into range and connects with a jab.
Risley slips a jab from Digital.
Digital has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Digital, right into the meat.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Risley.
Risley takes one to the chin there.
Digital tries to work over Risley's front leg with a kick but Risley checks it.
Risley on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Digital with a nice cross.
Digital throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Risley is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Good work by Risley as he checks the leg kick.
Risley wants to clinch.
Risley feints and then cracks Digital's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Digital down.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Risley tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Digital connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A slapping leg kick lands for Risley.
A telegraphed right hand from Digital misses the target.
A jab from Digital finds it's way through Risley's defenses.

Risley is rocked!
Digital throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Oh Risley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Digital tries to bum rush Risley with a series of wild strikes but Risley uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Digital lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Risley at a distance.
Risley throws an off balance right hand

and Digital counters with a double leg. Risley bangs his head on the mat and seems to be on queer street here... Digital follows up with punches and the ref steps in to end the fight! It was the slam that caused all the problems.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Bobby Digital!
After the fight, Bobby Digital was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
