Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oleg Alekseev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Per Fekt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alekseev comes to the cage accompanied by Imperium. Fekt has chosen Ack Sundbyberg as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fekt steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Alekseev.

Alekseev drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fekt is trying to control the position but Alekseev postures up.
Alekseev wants to control from the top but Fekt keeps moving.
Alekseev throws a big elbow that misses.
Fekt is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Alekseev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Alekseev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fekt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Fekt is trying to keep Alekseev in close.

Alekseev wants to control from the top but Fekt keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Fekt connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Alekseev closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Alekseev is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Fekt has escaped the position, nice work there.
Fekt manages to work his way to half guard, despite Alekseev's best efforts.
Alekseev takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Fekt is in trouble now - Alekseev has advanced to mount!

Alekseev has control of Fekt's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Fekt regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Per Fekt's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
