Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clyde Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Brown might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to THE POWER!!! by SNAP. Jones has chosen Beyonce feat. Jay Z - Bonnie & Clyde as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Clyde Jones!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Brown on his heels. He'll look to pass Brown's guard now, I'm sure.
Brown looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brown is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jones, into his guard.

Jones throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Brown escapes and throws Jones's legs to the side, diving into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jones to see if he's OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones is working to avoid the ground and pound but Brown connects with a decent elbow.

Jones isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Brown stacks Jones on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Brown!

Brown sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jones's guard.

Brown swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Jones shoots for a takedown but Brown saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Clyde Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch lands to the side of Jones 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Jones with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Brown to score with a decent uppercut.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Clyde Jones is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Brown here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Jones shoots in for a double leg but Brown sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Brown tries to land a front kick but Jones steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Brown scores with a nice hook to the head.
Brown is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Brown down to the mat. Brown avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Brown drops Jones with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jones looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Brown lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Jones up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Brown from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Jones's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
