Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Oscar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Unstopable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, George Oscar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Unstopable!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oscar closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Oscar looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Oscar wants to control but Unstopable is keeping him busy.
Unstopable is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Unstopable has had enough of the clinch but Oscar keeps him there for the moment.

Unstopable throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Oscar stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Unstopable follows into mount!

It looks like George Oscar has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Unstopable lands a head kick. Oscar smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Unstopable decides to stand and escape the position.
Unstopable throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Oscar's waist but Oscar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Unstopable off to one side.
Oscar tries for a takedown but Unstopable sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for George Oscar. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Unstopable shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Oscar's guard.

Unstopable is looking to stand up but Oscar won't let him.
Oscar has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Unstopable has passed into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Unstopable shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Oscar as he jumps to the side.
Unstopable lands with a slapping head kick.
Oscar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Unstopable swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Unstopable throws a shot to the body.
Unstopable darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Unstopable throws a right and a left that both miss.
George Oscar is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Oscar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Unstopable scores with a leg kick.
Unstopable pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Oscar throws a head kick that misses
and Unstopable counters with a one-two to the body.
Unstopable lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Unstopable.
Some bone on bone action there as Unstopable checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Unstopable gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Unstopable looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Oscar controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Oscar is looking to control Unstopable's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Oscar avoid being mounted?

Unstopable stands up out of the half guard.

Oscar clinches up with Unstopable and pushes him back against the cage.
Oscar misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Unstopable is looking to break free of the clinch but Oscar has double underhooks.

Unstopable breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Unstopable shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Oscar but Oscar pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Oscar is trying to stall.

Unstopable wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Unstopable breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Unstopable closes this distance looking for a takedown but Oscar circles away.
George Oscar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Unstopable.

The Unstopable showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Unstopable throws a right hand that Oscar ducks under and follows up with a left that Oscar also avoids with ease.
Unstopable throws out a loose jab but Oscar uses good head movement to avoid it.

Oscar is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Unstopable is controlling him.
Oscar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Oscar is wriggling around but Unstopable manages to pass to half guard.

Unstopable decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Oscar throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Unstopable's head.
Unstopable slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Oscar is looking to clinch but Unstopable is avoiding it.
Oscar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Unstopable as he avoids it easily.

Oscar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Unstopable tries to avoid it but Oscar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Unstopable to the ground. Unstopable escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oscar steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Unstopable. That one must have hurt.

Unstopable looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Oscar fails with an attempt to clinch.
No luck for Unstopable with that takedown attempt.

Oscar keeps the fight on the outside.
Oscar looks to score with a jab to the body but Unstopable is just out of range.

Oscar swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Unstopable will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Oscar throws a sloppy head kick and Unstopable moves out of range easily.

The Unstopable comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Unstopable has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
