Dime content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Materson is working an open guard so Dime takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Materson avoids the head kick by Dime.

Materson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dime did well to prevent Materson getting side control.
Dime wants to control but Materson is keeping busy.
Dime moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dime tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Materson is looking to stand up but Dime isn't so interested in that idea.
Dime with a flurry of punches that miss.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dime passes Materson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
