The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stone shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lowery is trying to defend but Stone finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Stone is trying to control. Lowery wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Lowery is trying to get back to full guard.
Stone not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Stone is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lowery sees it coming and defends easily.

Sam Stone showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!



Stone clinches up with Lowery and pushes him back against the cage.
Lowery jumps guard but Stone stands there with Lowery around his waist. Lowery gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lowery tries to score a body lock takedown but Stone shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Lowery effectively controlling the action here.
Lowery tries to pull guard but Stone forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nathanael Lowery. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Stone has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lowery uses from the top position.
Stone is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Stone gets control of Lowery's arms and successfully pulls guard. Stone will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Lowery is looking to stand up but Stone won't let him.
Lowery lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Lowery slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Lowery decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Stone, up you get!

Lowery escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stone gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Stone is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Lowery manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stone manages to get himself to full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Lowery looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Lowery's corner is telling him to maintain position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Stone looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Lowery passes into side control.

Sam Stone comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Stone has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
