I think Brown might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kurupt - I Didn't Change. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Danny Brown!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pablo Escobar!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escobar feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brown's calf.
Escobar looks for the body kick but Brown saw that one coming.
Escobar throws a solid leg kick but Brown takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Escobar.
Brown blocks a jab.
Escobar fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Brown has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Brown looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Brown is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A countering left hand to the body from Escobar misses.
Brown moves out of range as Escobar strikes.
Brown just misses with a punch to the body.
Escobar takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Brown moves out of range as Escobar strikes.
Brown sizes up Escobar with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Escobar looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Brown throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Escobar to counter with a crisp jab.
Brown lands a nice leg kick that just misses Escobar's sensitive parts.
Brown misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Brown.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brown is looking to slow Escobar down with leg kicks.
Brown changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Escobar tests Brown's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Brown throws a sloppy head kick and Escobar moves out of range easily.

And Brown counters with a quick kick to the body but Escobar blocks it.
Brown on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.


It looks like Danny Brown has been cut.
Escobar defending well as Brown loads up on a big left hand.
Escobar throws a sloppy head kick and Brown moves out of range easily.
Escobar throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Escobar throws a looping overhand right but Brown ducks down to avoid it.
Brown works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A slow jab from Brown misses its intended target.
Brown misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Escobar.
Brown blocks a low kick nicely.
Brown is looking to score with low kicks.
Escobar on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Escobar throws a right hand that misses
and Brown counters with a leg kick.
Escobar misses with a series of wild punches.
Brown attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Escobar circles away.
Escobar paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Brown cracks Escobar with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Brown throws the left hand but Escobar avoids the punch easily.
Escobar is trying to counter with his kicks.
Escobar defending well as Brown loads up on a big left hand.
Escobar throws a hook to the side of Brown's head but Brown sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Brown feints and then cracks Escobar's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Escobar down.

Escobar drops Brown with a beautiful combination! Brown stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Escobar is looking for the KO!


Brown is rocked!
BOOM! Escobar lands a beautiful left hook that drops Brown. Brown tries to recover but Escobar is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Brown lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pablo Escobar!

A very excited looking Pablo Escobar made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
