Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pekka Kaukalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Maciel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaukalo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Anna rakas raju hetki. Pekka Kaukalo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaukalo keeps the fight on the outside.
Maciel throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kaukalo with a hook.
It looks like Jose Maciel has been cut.
Maciel tries to clinch there but Kaukalo circles away.
Kaukalo lands with a hook. Maciel tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Kaukalo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Maciel on the side of the head.
Kaukalo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Maciel loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kaukalo keeping moving, preventing Maciel from controlling successfully.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Kaukalo manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maciel decides to pull guard.
Kaukalo stands and steps away. Maciel gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Maciel scores with a decent looking hook.

Maciel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kaukalo as he jumps to the side.
Kaukalo breaks from the clinch.
Kaukalo throws a body shot but no joy.
Maciel defending well as Kaukalo loads up on a big left hand.

and Kaukalo counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kaukalo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Maciel swings away with a body shot that misses
and Kaukalo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kaukalo jabs at Maciel's body.
Kaukalo is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Maciel wants to slow Kaukalo down by chopping away at his legs.
Maciel slips under a jab from Kaukalo.
Maciel forces Kaukalo back against the cage and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Maciel breaks the clinch.
Kaukalo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Maciel.
Maciel shoots in for a takedown but Kaukalo shows good takedown defense.
Kaukalo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Maciel misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A bone on bone clash there as Kaukalo blocks the leg kick.
Maciel throws a poor cross that misses
and Kaukalo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That has opened up Jose Maciel's cut even more.
Maciel connects with a body shot that sends Kaukalo's belly button to the back.
Kaukalo misses with a wild body shot.
Kaukalo just misses with a punch to the body.
Maciel misses with a wild combination.
Maciel swings widly with a right hand
and Kaukalo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kaukalo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Maciel was well out of range. Poor timing from Kaukalo.
Kaukalo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Maciel tests Kaukalo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Kaukalo connects with a body shot that sends Maciel's belly button to the back.
Kaukalo throws a combination. Maciel tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The cut above Jose Maciel's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Kaukalo looks to score with a jab to the body but Maciel is just out of range.
Maciel lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Kaukalo scores with a decent looking hook.
Maciel waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kaukalo.
Kaukalo misses with an uppercut. Maciel saw that one coming.
Kaukalo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Maciel will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A quick step to the side and Kaukalo tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pekka Kaukalo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Maciel.
Kaukalo feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Maciel sprawling to the canvas! Maciel rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kaukalo finish him?!
Maciel is rocked!
Jose Maciel's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jose Maciel's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Pekka Kaukalo!
