The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gsp scores with a three punch combo!
We've been informed that Vines has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Vines scores with a punch to the head.
Gsp throws a low kick but it's checked well by Vines.
Vines closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gsp quickly recovers to half guard.
Vines not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Vines is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gsp doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Vines.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
