Ramirez kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Megadeth-Trust. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ty Lawson!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ramirez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lawson.
Ty Lawson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ramirez just misses with a punch to the body.

Lawson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ramirez moves away.
Ramirez shoots in looking for a takedown. Lawson tries to sprawl out of it but Ramirez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lawson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lawson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ramirez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ramirez in particular looking to stall.
Ramirez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lawson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Ramirez has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Lawson wants to improve his position but Ramirez is controlling well.

Ramirez scores with a big shot! Lawson's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Lawson! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
