Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Isreal Barrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seto Takiama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seto Takiama!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takiama gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Barrett counters with a shoot takedown. Takiama fights it but they end up in guard.
Takiama tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Takiama working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Barrett.
Takiama is trying to control the position but Barrett postures up.
Barrett preventing the sweep.
Takiama controls Barrett momentarily but Barrett frees himself.
Barrett will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barrett postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Barrett lands a couple of digs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Barrett postures up in Takiama's guard and throws a big left but Takiama blocks it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Takiama is on top in guard.

Barrett knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Takiama on the ground.
Takiama stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Barrett swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Barrett looking for a sweep. Not yet Barrett, not yet.
Barrett wants to stand up but Takiama is controlling him.
Barrett throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Takiama passes Barrett's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Takiama is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Barrett is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
