Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renou tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mustacho takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Mustacho takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mustacho throws a poor cross that misses
and Renou counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mustacho's knee momentarily.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Renou - that will leave a mark!
Mustacho throws a jab when Renou was well out of range.
A solid leg kick lands there for Renou.
Renou connects with a body shot that sends Mustacho's belly button to the back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Renou lands a high kick!
Renou uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mustacho.

Mustacho closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Renou's guard.
Mustacho pushes down on Renou's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Mustacho is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Renou is just riding it out for now. Mustacho eventually gives up the hold.
Mustacho is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Renou wants to get back to his feet.
Renou is defending against the submission attempts here by Mustacho.
Mustacho is just content to waste time from the top position. Renou takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Renou keeping moving, preventing Mustacho from controlling successfully.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Renou fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Mustacho throws a hook but Renou avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Mustacho takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Mustacho takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Renou cracks a nice hook into Mustacho's ribs.
Renou has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Renou fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mustacho manages to avoid it.

Renou tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mustacho was well out of range. Poor timing from Renou.
Claude Renou is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Renou stuns Mustacho with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Mustacho looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Danilo Mustacho has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mustacho. Renou does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mustacho rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mustacho takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Mustacho takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Renou feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mustacho's calf.
Renou pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mustacho just misses with a punch to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Renou defending well as Mustacho loads up on a big left hand.
Claude Renou seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Renou lands a nice looking body shot.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Renou.
Renou cracks Mustacho with a right hand to the side of the head.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Renou! Mustacho is out on his feet! Renou rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Mustacho is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Mustacho is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
